Refund Policy

It’s really important to us that you are happy with your Funnel Packs purchase!

If you decide that your first Funnel Packs purchase was not the right investment for your business, you’re entitled to a full refund (minus Stripe or PayPal fees) within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, send an email to support@funnelpacks.com. It would be great if you could let us know what didn’t work for you with your purchase so that we can look at improving our processes as we move forwards.

Four small notes about our refund policy:

1. No refunds will be given after 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. All refunds are discretionary. For example: if you implement the marketing funnel into your business, watch all of our training and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our lenient refund policy is designed to give people a chance to see if our pre-built marketing funnels and/or training are a good fit for their business. Stealing the material is not covered in this policy.

3. If you purchase multiple products, you are signifying that you are happy with the first product and subsequently wanted more of them. We will not refund purchases of multiple products as this is an abuse of our refund policy. Make sure you are happy with the first product you purchase before buying more.

4. If you elect for monthly installment payments and did not submit a refund request within 7 days of your first purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.
